Introspection through dreams
This series explores personal growth and self-healing through art from my perspective on ‘art therapy’.
First, I experience dreams, then I translate them onto canvas, analysing each dream as I paint. This process reveals deeper, unconscious aspects of myself and enables genuine transformation.
By bringing the darkest corners of the psyche – our deepest intimacies – into the light, these shadows become conscious and transform into sources of strength and growth. The series traces my personal journey from darkness to light. Earlier works (2019–2023) such as ‘Childhood’ and ‘Mein Ego und Ich’, confront trauma, while more recent pieces (2024–2025) radiate spirituality, love and acceptance of the inner child, as seen in ‘I’m All Yours’.
These works invite viewers to engage with the universal journey from darkness to light and to reflect on their own inner worlds. They offer the opportunity to experience art as a tool for introspection, healing and transformation. Each piece offers the opportunity to connect deeply with emotion and bring a meaningful, transformative presence to any space.
